She was predeceased by: her parents, Flossie Herrin and William Herrin. She is survived by: her husband Reg Goodwin; her children, Dane King (Teresa) and Tracy Moore (Jim); her stepdaughter Susan Butler (Scott); her grandchildren, Ben Moore (Brianna), Taylor Moore, Joshua Butler, Amanda Ellis and Laura Fergus; her great grandchildren, Dakota and Sterling Moore; and her sister Carol Lee (Ronald). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, November 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Brown-Wynne Funeral Home (200 SE Maynard Rd, Cary, NC 27511).
