She is survived by : her mother Marla Grace Jones (Wagner); her husband Phillip Andrew Getty; her children, Noah Jones Getty and Grace Addison Getty; her sister Molly Allison Hall (Jones); her brother-in-law Geoffrey; her nephews, Jacob and Samuel Hall of Sachse, TX; her brother Jeffrey; her sister-in-law Kimberly Getty; her niece Brittney; and her nephew Brandon Getty of Beaufort, SC..

In lieu of flowers, Emily's wishes were for memorial donations to be made to Quail Corners Animal Hospital for animal care, or to Crystal Coast Eco Tours for educational tours.
