She was predeceased by: her husband Horace Taylor Anthony; her parents, Raymond Huffman and Minnie Huffman; and her siblings, Peggy Huffman Flinchum (James), Carson Huffman (Mary) and Harvey Huffman.

She is survived by: her children, Susan Anthony Chamberlain (Ronnie) of Fuquay-Varina and Mark Wayne Anthony (Kelly) of Greenville, NC; her grandchildren, Michael Williams (Denise) of Kernersville, Braxton Anthony (Bailey) of Raleigh, Wilson Anthony (Taylor) of Raleigh and Elizabeth Knowles (Barrett) of Raleigh; and her sibling's children, Janie Pope of Greenville, SC, Janie Sulecki (Richard) of Burlington, Treva Hornaday (Terry) of Burlington, Edward Flinchum (Cheryl) of Burlington and David Parker (Shirley) of Cary. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren, and one great-great granddaughter.
