She was predeceased by: her parents, Reese Rodman Boyd, Sr. and Lalla Holt Boyd; her husband Keith Brooklyn Stevens, Sr.; her parents-in-law, Burvie and Cora Stevens; her brother Reese Boyd, Jr.; and her sisters-in-law, Wendy and Linda Boyd.
She is survived by: her children, Keith Stevens, Jr. (Sara) and Renee Stephens (Todd); her grandchildren, Shane Stevens (Morgan), Chase Stevens (Megan), Blake Stevens, Jenna Stephens, Savannah Stevens and Justin Stephens; her great grandchildren, Wesley, Micah and Matthew Stevens; her brother John Boyd (Sara); her brothers-in-law, Bryan Stevens (Gail) and Bruce Stevens (Donna); and her nieces and nephews, Reese Boyd III (Lee), Kim Stevens Hayes (David), Ben Boyd (Dennis), Marcy Stevens McLain (Rob), Laura Boyd Nobles (DeWayne), Teresa Boyd Cyganiewicz (late James) and Todd Stevens (Karly).
A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (218 S Academy St, Cary, NC 27511). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Twin City Memorial Gardens (1830 US-701 Hwy, Loris, SC 29569). A reception will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 2:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Gloria's honor to the Gideons International or Cary First Baptist Church.
