He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Harold, Margaret, Charles and Sylvia. He is survived by: his parents, Carroll Crawford and Linda Crawford; his wife Tricia; his son Wade; his sisters, Angie and Heather (Dennis); his father-in-law Benson Perrie; and his brothers-in-law, Joe (Shellie), Matt and John (Marie). He is also survived by nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Jeff's memory to a local cancer support organization or hospice that provides care and comfort to families facing cancer.
