She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles Cooke and Annie Pearl Cooke; her siblings, Jean Cooke and Bill Cooke; her significant other Allen Basala; her daughters, Angie Moore (Kevin) and Allison Prescott (Derick); her grandchildren, Keller, Jakin, Nia and Levy Moore; her daughters, Christian, Kylie (Justin) and Haven Prescott; and her great grandchildren, Hattie and Harper.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the McLaurin Funeral Home (12830 Clayton Blvd, Clayton, NC 27520). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of McLaurin Funeral Home (12830 Clayton Blvd, Clayton, NC 27520). A burial will be held on Friday, November 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Saint Basil Greek Orthodox Church Cemetery (4601 Blue Clay Rd, Castle Hayne, NC 28429).
