John Leo O'Neill Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Leo O'Neill of Cary, North Carolina, who passed away on October 19, 2022 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, John Terrence and Darlene Marie O'Neill; and his sister Peggy Stanton of Antioch, IL.. He is survived by : his wife Sharon O'Neill; his children, Gregory O'Neill (Erin), Christina O'Neill and Matthew O'Neill; his grandchildren, Liam, Nathan, Alexander, Adalyn, Norah and Nolan; and his siblings, Mary Jo Callahan, Judy O'Neill, Don O'Neill and Mark O'Neill.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Smithsonian Institute or the American Heart Association.
