She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Hatley and Eston Hatley; her husband Charles Pittard; and her sister Ann Hatley Williams. She is survived by: her daughters, Lynda Pittard Bryson (Dan) and Rebecca "Becky" Pittard Hillsgrove (David); her grandchildren, Hunter Bryson, Davis Bryson (Lauren), Kelley Habbal (Karim), Jonathan Hillsgrove and Kimberlen Bryson; her great grandchildren, Sienna Bryson and Archie Habbal; her sibling's children, Marshall Williams, Cindy Morris (Leo), Chris Williams (Tammy) and Michael Pittard (Jean); her cousins, Gayle Queen and Linda Jackson Campbell; Louis (Janet Pittard).

Visitation was held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Apex Funeral Home (550 W Williams St, Apex, NC 27502). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
