She is survived by: her husband Richard Parker; her sons, Kevin, Brian and Steven; her children-in-law, Lacey and Shannon; and her grandchildren, Maddie, Reagan and Hadley. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the ALS Association (als.org/donate) in Karen's memory.
