She is survived by: her parents, John Addison Hagy Sr. and Nancy Jane Hagy (Hensel); her husband Howard; her son Addison; her siblings, John Hagy, Jr. and Jill Johnson (Jon); her niece Amanda Weschler (Steven); her great-nephew Raleigh; her great-niece Nora; her niece Krista Smith (Edward); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Edward Jon and Emery. She is also survived by many numerous sisters and brothers in-law, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Apex Funeral Home (550 W Williams St, Apex, NC 27502). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Resurrection Lutheran Church (100 W Lochmere Dr, Cary, NC 27518).
