He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Madison and Verna Lee Smith Parker. He is survived by: his wife Bernice Long Parker; his daughters, Cindy Parker Schaefer (Glenn) of Cary, NC and Shannon Parker Simpson (Dean) of Apex, NC; his grandchildren, Erin Schaefer, Brian Schaefer (Logan), Kevin Schaefer, Ashlee Hellman (Austin) and Will Simpson; his great grandchildren, Lily, Lucas Inagaki, Noah Schaefer, Daphne and Ophie Hellman; and his brothers, Jim Parker (Carol) of The Villages, Fla. and Mike Parker (Pat) of Clemmons, NC..
