Spencer Jr. (Debbie) of Roanoke, VA, Joel Spencer of Roanoke, VA and James R. Spencer of Roanoke, VA; and his cousins, Kimberly, Brooke, Caroline, Matthew, Stephanie, Clayton and Nikki.
