He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth; his brother Mike Sanderson; his sisters-in-law, Linda Sanderson of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Jean Sanderson of Cary; his nephew Patrick Sanderson of Columbus; his grandchildren, James Sanderson, Ryan Sanderson (Kristin Powers Sanderson), Catherine Sanderson (David Gigante), Travis Lawson (Abby Lawson), Terra Lawson, Nicholas Lawson and Jacob Lawson; and his great grandchildren, Ellie Lawson, Suede Lawson, Nora Lawson, Eleni Sanderson and Nikolaos Sanderson.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
