He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Starbuck and Shirley Starbuck; and his sister Judy Forman. He is survived by: his wife Mimi Starbuck; his children, Matthew Starbuck (Shawna) and Nancy Klein (Marty); his sisters, Jill Byham (Stuart) and Barbara Welch (Gary); and his grandchildren, Andrew Klein (Mamie), Jason Starbuck, Katherine Klein, Erin Starbuck and Ryan Klein.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Kirk of Kildaire Presbyterian (200 High Meadow Dr, Cary, NC 27511).
