He was predeceased by: his parents, Duncan William McMillian McMenamin and Fanny Marie McMenamin (Brownell); and his son-in-law James Robert Tallett. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn McMenamin (Stoakes); his sister Karen McMenamin; his children, Jennifer Tallett (McMenamin), Glenna McMenamin and Kirk McMenamin (Rachel); and his grandchildren, James, Delaney, Regan Tallett and Marie McMenamin.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests memorial donations may be made to Kirk of Kildaire Presbyterian Church or Transitions LifeCare.
