He is survived by: his wife Ellen Blake; his siblings, William Blake, Patricia Sanders and Rebecca Rogers; his children, Jacqueline Blake, Wilbur Blake, Jr. (Brenda), John Blake (Shelly) and Jeff Blake (Angie); his grandchildren, Paul Blake, Justin Blake (Heather), Tiffany Griffin (Jason), Chelsea Jones, Ryan Blake (Rebecca), Elizabeth Blake and Hunter Blake; and his great grandchildren, Oliver, Tallulah, Heidi, Shira, Aria, Carter and Farrah.
