He is survived by: his wife Carol Lyncosky Annette; his children, Mary Lux (Charles) of Pennsylvania and Carmen "Butch" Annette of Pennsylvania; and his grandchildren, Cole Lux, Michael Lux, Thomas Annette, Peggy Annette, Paul Annette and Ethan John.
