He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Alexander and Edith Cadieu Alexander; his former wife Kathy; his son-in-law John P. Beall; and his friend Annette Bullard.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Katherine Wortman; his daughters, Sandy Beall-Chapman (Phil) and Kelly King (Jim); his grandchildren, Johnny Beall (Melanie), Jeffrey Beall (Ericka), Katie Burth (Josh) and Jamie King; and his great grandchildren, Khloe, Beau, Kennedy, Weslee and Henry.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Paul Baptist Church, 337 Hull Road, Casar, NC 28020.
