He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Adam McNeilly and Nancy Geneva Johnson McNeilly; and his brother Richard McNeilly. He is survived by: his sister Evelyn Peeler (Roger) of Connelly Springs; his sister-in-law Daphene McNeilly of Casar; his nephew Benny Peeler; his niece Lisa Kimball (Corey); his great-niece Adalyse; and his great-nephew Evan Kimball.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Tysinger Funeral Home (846 E Stage Coach Trail, Lawndale, NC 28090). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Olive Grove Baptist Church Cemetery (123 Leman Gap Rd, Casar, NC 28020).
