He is survived by: his siblings, Bennie (Nancy) of Cashiers, Sharon Garren of Horseshoe and Janice Dillard of Sandy Lake, PA; his children, Phil Rice, Jeff Rice and Debbie Thomas; and his stepson Bret Daniels (LeeAnn).
