He was predeceased by : his siblings, Lottie Ruth, Marie Ford, Louise Ezzell, Nancy Strickland, Margie Mangum and Edward Cherry.
He is survived by : his wife Elba Cherry; his children, Lisa Marie Weaver (Billy) and Michael Cherry (Teresa); his siblings, William Cherry, Roger Cherry and Barbara Jones (Charles); his grandchildren, Jonathan Cherry (Mikala), Lukus Weaver (Megan), Madison Cherry and Taylor Weaver; and his great grandchildren, Vaeda Weaver, Jovie Cherry and Bodhi Weaver.
In lieu of flowers, you may consider memorial donations in memory of Allen Cherry to the NorthSide Church, 1660 Beaver Pond Dr, Rocky Mount, NC. Donations will go for IMB/Shawna and Darren Davis for mission work in Africa.
