She is survived by : her son Anthony Brown (Betty); her stepson Nathaniel Britt, I (Melody); her grandchildren, Anthony Brown, Jr., Myesha Harrell, John Brown, Tamara Pettiford, Nathaniel Britt II and Natalya Britt; her great grandchildren, Ariana Johnson and LLoyal Foster; and her sister Pawnee Sills. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends.
