He was predeceased by: his parents, Claudie Blackburn and Joan Blackburn (Hobbs); and his sister Cynthia Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Blackburn (Colvin); his son Brandon Blackburn (Samantha); his siblings, Bill Blackburn (Julie) and Marie Eason (Johnnie); his mother-in-law Kathleen Colvin; his grandchildren, William Blackburn and Amelia Blackburn; and his niece Lavonia Johnson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
