She is survived by: her children, Chad McCathern of Atlanta, GA., Candice Harold and Rosa Jenkins Cowels (James) of Atlanta, GA.; and her sisters, Linda Gaffney of Hickory, NC., Gloria Marshall (Nicholas) of Lincolnton, NC. and Janie McCathern of Hickory, NC.. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
