She was predeceased by: her parents, Rush Michaels and Ruth Marshall Michaels; her husband Dillard Hicks; and her daughter Barbara Griffin. She is survived by: her children, Joey Parker (Marcie) of Lincolnton and Rusty Parker (Annette) of Cleveland; and her stepchildren, Tammy Gibson (Gibby) of Rock Hill and Randy Hicks of Morganton. She is also survived by 8 Grandchildren and 11 Great-Grandchildren3 Step-Grandchildren.
