Bruce Vernon Clontz Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bruce Vernon Clontz in Catawba, North Carolina, who passed away on September 9, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Ulicy and Lula Shook Clontz; and his daughter Hope Michelle Clontz. He is survived by: his son Todd Vernon Clontz; and his siblings, Earlene Miller, Barbara Price (Billy), Linda Bolick, Glenn Clontz (Steva), Doris Abernethy, David Clontz (Vickie), Randy Clontz (Cynthia) and Kim Campbell (Reggie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the St Stephens Lutheran Church (2304 Springs Rd NE, Hickory, NC 28601). A memorial service was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the same location.
