He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ann Bennett Nemitz; his children, Ryan William Nemitz (Eve Register), Patricia Leigh Nemitz (Chad Andres) and Jennifer Marie Nemitz (Todd Morgan); his stepchildren, Linda Kay Bennett (Ronald Davidson) and James Henry Patterson; his siblings, Bryce Eldred Nemitz (Michelle Smith) and Ardella Beatrice "Missy" Ross (James); his grandchildren, Emily Nemitz (Kiante Cofield), Owen Nemitz (Miranda), Alexa Nemitz (Joey Ghigliotty), Ian Nemitz, Aiden Nemitz, Savannah Morgan and Avery Morgan; and his stepgrandchildren, David Benish Jr., Austin Davidson and Ashleigh Davidson.
