He was predeceased by : his parents, Sam Edward "S. E." Hefner Jr. and Emilie Reid Hefner; and his brother Michael Edward Hefner. He is survived by : his sons, Ethan Hefner (Lauryn) and Seth Hefner (Lauren); his girlfriend Patsy Chambers; his siblings, Sandra Keller (Scott), Jeffrey Hefner (Vickie) and Yvonne Hefner; and his grandchildren, Emma Hefner, Grayson Hefner, Sloane Hefner, Harper Hefner and Noah Hefner. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
