He is survived by: his son Fredrick Shane Lineberger of Catawba; and his sisters, Carolyn Day of Conover and Virginia Lineberger of Conover. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, 5 nephews, and 2 niecesNumerous great-grandchildren, great-nieces, great-nephews, as well as close cousins and many friends.
