He is survived by : his wife Marie Tucker Phillips; his daughters, Pamela Robinson (Anthony Robinson) of Oak Ridge, NC, Margaret Phillips of Charlotte and Frances Divens (Jeff Divens) of Charlotte; his sisters, Saundra Jones of Lenoir, Dr. Helen Hall (Charles) of Lenoir and Cathy Purnell (Derek) of Atlanta; his grandchildren, Brielle Mills (Chrison) and Thomas Robinson; and his great grandchildren, Bryson and Braylon. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
