She was predeceased by: her parents, Rosendo Hernandez and Virginia Soledad Argueta; and her brother Juan Bautista Argueta. She is survived by: her husband Manuel De Jesus Cortez; her children, Victor Manuel Cortez and Ana Maria Cortez; and her grandchildren, Idalia Soledad Cortez, Ana Carolina Abarado Cortez and Christopher David Abardo Cortez.
