He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Jim Vaughan, Jerry Hageman, Shirley Boggus (Joe Fourshee) and Shirley Moore (Russell); and his parent Donna Fourshee Moore (Jeff) of Lincolnton.

He is survived by : his son Jameson Gregory Vaughan of Catawba; his stepmother Jeri Kaye Vaughan of Catawba; his former life partner Tara Lockin Vaughan of Catawba; and his brothers, James Cruz Vaughan of Catawba and Alex Moore of Lincolnton.
