She was predeceased by: her parents, William Beverly Lackey and Ethel Palmer Lackey; her daughter Sandra "Sandy" Dellinger; and her siblings, Glenn Lackey, Patsy Lackey, Bobbie Tallent and Jean Gantt.
She is survived by: her husband John W. Dellinger; and her nieces and nephews, Mark Eaker (Mary Ellen), Will Tallent (Rieanne), Anita Bridges (Carl), Cindy Powell (Mark), Juana Scribner (Randy) and Holly Kiser (Jimmy). She is also survived by numerous great nieces, great nephews and many Eastern Star sisters and brothers.
