He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" Lambert and Tessie Bradshaw Lambert; his siblings, Millard Lambert, David Lambert, Howard Lambert, Allen Lambert, Louise Lambert and Doris Lambert; and his nephews, Mark Lambert and Randy Lambert.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Barber Lambert; his children, Tonya Lambert Hefner (Mark) and Todd Lambert (Samira); his grandson Martin Lambert; and his nieces, Annette Skidmore (Tim) and Connie Marsh (Billy).
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the East Taylorsville Baptist Church - Sanctuary (644 1st St NW, Taylorsville, NC 28681). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 at the Burke Memorial Park (2506 Burke Memorial Park Rd, Morganton, NC 28655).
