He is survived by: his wife Wilma Jean Teed Perry; his daughters, Anna Russell (Geoffrey) of Sherrills Ford and Faith Cribb (Wayne) of Denver, NC; his grandchildren, Kyrstin Dyson (Aaron), Michael Russell, April Jarrett (Jonathan), Adam Richtmyer, Andrew Richtmyer and Emma Richtmyer; his great grandchildren, Theodore Jarrett, Steven Perry and Kevin Dyson; his sister Del Anna LeMaire; his sister-in-law Ethel Perry; and his brother Ross Perry (MaryLou). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Adams Funeral Home Chapel (307 Main Ave Dr, Taylorsville, NC 28681). A burial will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the Salisbury National Cemetery.
