She is survived by: her sons, Larry Lengvarsky (Hazel), David Lengvarsky (Nara) and John Lengvarsky; her grandchildren, Kati Macek (Bill), Jeremy Lengvarsky, Breesha Lengvarsky, Lemon Lengvarsky and Reed Lengvarsky; her great grandchildren, Lucas Macek and Katrina Macek; and her adoptive daughter Monica Foote.
