He is survived by: his wife Florence Heine Symington; his children, David Symington (Beth) of South Carolina, Sean Symington of Maiden, NC and Alison Symington of Lincolnton, NC; his grandchildren, Chase, Gregory Symington and Hunter Hollar; and his sisters, Judy Symington of Florida, Sandra Helm of Georgia, Cindy Symington of Florida and Kandy Bellanova of Florida.
