He is survived by: his wife Norma Steele Deck; his daughters, Emily K. Deck of Falls Church, VA and Debbie Polian (Chris) of Washington, DC; his grandchildren, Jack Polian, Caroline Polian and Kate Polian; and his siblings, Annette Garrou and Carroll Deck (Mollie). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
