He is survived by: his wife Denise Birt Moore; his children, Ginger Moore of Nashua, NH, John Moore (Deborah Heisler) of Potomac, MD, Richard Moore of Mayville, NY and Sherri Moore of Jamestown, NY; and his siblings, Jon Moore and Sharon Howard. He is also survived by many grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
