Cain Sr. and Mitchell Nealy; his parents, George Brady Smith and Ann Nealy Smith of Chadbourn; his son Craven Smith of Loris, SC; his stepchildren, Tucker and Maeleigh Bass; his grandparents, Leo and Larrine Nealey of Chadbourn; his brother Kevin Smith (Amanda) of Chadbourn; his aunts and uncles, Mary Neal Furr (Lance), Marlene Love (Dennis), John Wesley Smith (Angie), Alfred Smith and Vernon Nealy of Loris, SC; his sibling's children, Jacob Smith (Gracen) of Loris, SC, Georgianna Smith (DJ) of Chadbourn and Brantley Soles of Chadbourn; his great-niece Nora Kate Smith of Loris, SC; Ashley Watts.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Worthington Funeral Home (405 E Strawberry Blvd, Chadbourn, NC 28431). A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 at the Ward Station Church of God (5478 Rough and Ready Rd, Chadbourn, NC 28431).
