He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathan Todd and Elneda Hardin; his wife Carolyn Louise Todd; his son Billy Wayne Todd; and his siblings, Don Todd, Bill Todd, Kathy Todd, Myrtle Todd and Karen Poston.

He is survived by: his children, Timmy Todd (Cathy) of Whiteville, NC, Richard Todd (Magon) of Whiteville, NC and Louella Prease (Billy) of Whiteville, NC; his siblings, Russell Todd of Thomasville, NC, Joann Drye of Myrtle Beach, SC, Polly Caison of Myrtle Beach, SC, Magaline Porter of Florence, SC, Lisa Boneschans of Thomasville, NC, Sue Todd and Marie Todd; his grandchildren, Meagan Todd, Shonna McPherson (Joe), Chris Nealey, Kyle Norris (Riley), Gunnar Todd (Lauren), Brendon Todd, Cameron Norris (Taylor) and Chandler Todd; and his stepgrandchildren, Bryanna McKeithan, Ragon McKeithan, Isabella McKeithan, Easton McKeithan, Ryder McKeithan and Adalyn Britt. He is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren.
