He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam Joseph Wyzykoski and Maryanna Barbara Glinski. He is survived by: his wife Carol Wade; his brother Robert Wade; his children, Sondra Amann, Kimberly Wade-Benzoni and Adam J. Wade; his grandchildren, Sarah Amann, David Amann, Nathan Benzoni, Isaiah Benzoni, Kevin Amann, Kira Amann, Adam D. Wade, Ignacio Benzoni and Thomas Wade; and his cousins, Richard Butler and Janice Potochney.
