It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Allen Manning of Chapel Hill, North Carolina, born in Frederick, Oklahoma, who passed away on March 26, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas Manning and Etoile Manning (Hoyle); his wife Carol Manning (Parr) of Chapel Hill, NC; his daughters, Jennifer Manning (Chris Carroll) of Columbia, MD and Melinda Manning (Richard Kwok) of Carrboro, NC; his grandson Alexander Manning Kwok; and his brothers, Doug Manning of Oklahoma City and Tom Manning.
