He is survived by: his siblings, Ranby Jr., Helen, Ammie Lee, Kenneth and Joe; his former wife Lilian Butner; his wife Nancy Earl; and his children, Philip Royal (Geri Siebert), Sharon Royal, Fredric (Linda Royal), Pamela Royal and Emily Earl-Royal (Andrew King). He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, in-laws, and friends.
