With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Clinton Allen Edmonds (Chapel Hill, North Carolina), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his father Allen Ray Edmonds; his grandparents, Sherman Edmonds (Billy), Raeford and Gisela Mayse; and his stepfather Johnny Mason, Sr..
He is survived by: his wife Billie Newlin Edmonds; his daughter Shelby Paige Edmonds; his stepchildren, Jerry Sims (Bubba), Jordan Sims (Ari) and Tana George (Dylan); his grandchildren, Evie, David and Penelope George; his stepsister Cheyenne Mason Ross (Thomas); his mother Peggy Mayse Edmonds Mason; and his grandmother Betty Edmonds. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mt. Hermon Baptist Church (4511 Old NC 10, Durham, NC 27705). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mount Hermon Baptist Church (4511 Old NC 10, Durham, NC 27705).
