He was predeceased by: his parents, Hiawatha Jacobs and Louis Jacobs; and his brother Ricky Jacobs. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Aaliyah Mitchell and Quentin Brantley, Jr.; and his siblings, Lucille Richardson, Teddy Jacobs, Louis Jacobs, Erma Sanford, Johnny Jacob, Cecil Jacob, Cynthefer Alston and Little Johnny Jacobs. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
