He is survived by: his wife Jenny Vogel; his daughters, Lisa Sitterson and Inga Lampis; his sons-in-law, Carter Sitterson Jr. and Connor Lampis; his grandson Noah Sitterson; his parents-in-law, Erika Kleine and Lothar Kleine; his sister Elke Sy (Michael Sy); and his nephews, Sebastian Sy and Maximillian Sy.
