With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Helen Elizabeth Clark of Chapel Hill, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 27, 2025 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Helen departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Helen may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Helen leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus "Buddy" Clark and Barbara Norwood Clark. She is survived by: her sister Janet Walker (Barry) of Roxboro; her nephews, Will Walker of Fuquay-Varina and Jeffrey Walker (Abby) of Durham; her great-nephew Brooks Walker of Durham; and her nieces, Meredith, Stephanie and Casey. She is also survived by several aunts and cousins.
