He was predeceased by: his parents, James Angus Saye and Muriel Heard Saye; and his brothers, James Angus Saye, Junior and Earle Thomas Saye.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Keith Saye; his children, Henry Saye, Jr. (Lisa) and Susan Saye Crews (Jimmy); and his grandchildren, Hank Saye III (Andrea), Amy Matthews (Ryan), Laura Phillips (Brandon), Ginna Van Zandt (Tyler), Jim Crews (Lindsay), Katie Crews (JT) and William Crews.
