She was predeceased by: her husband Gunnar Nielsen. She is survived by: her sister Bente Reenberg; her children, Sonja McCann (Bob), Peter Nielsen (Holly), Jim Nielsen (Pam), Jane Perkins (Gale) and Brenda Nielsen (Glenn Parks); her grandchildren, Brian McCann, Erik Nielsen, Laura Nielsen, Alyssa Collins and Hanne Parks; and her close friend Edith Nielsen. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
